Удалить WatchTogether

- mods/WatchTogether/ убран (git rm), секция WatchTogether и плагин
  watchtogether.js убраны из config/init.conf
- README: раздел и строка таблицы модулей убраны, модуль вернулся в список
  «ещё можно включить»
- AGENT: §13 удалён, список mods/ в §1 обновлён
